01. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Baseline website and facility. By accessing our platform or entering our physical space, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Baseline operates as a private training facility. Membership and access are privileges, not rights. We retain the absolute discretion to refuse service or terminate membership for any violation of our code of conduct.
02. MEMBERSHIP & CANCELLATIONS
All memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the processing of the subsequent month's payment.
Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused sessions. Training packages have a strict expiration date of 6 months from the date of purchase.
03. FACILITY CONDUCT
The Baseline environment is built on respect, intensity, and focus. Any behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff or other members will result in immediate expulsion.
Photography and videography are permitted only with the express consent of all subjects involved. We reserve the right to prohibit recording devices to maintain the privacy of our clientele.
04. LIABILITY WAIVER
Physical training involves inherent risks. By participating in any program or using any equipment at Baseline, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death.
You agree to release Baseline, its owners, and its staff from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your use of our facilities.
05. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Baseline operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
